TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Oscar Cleret School Complex is located at 19 Rue Beaufort in the Commune of Arras. It consists of 2 separate buildings that are physically and functionally independent, namely: - The Primary School dating from 1967, comprising 22 classrooms on a floor area of 2200 m² - The Nursery School dating from 1966, comprising 5 classrooms, on a floor area of 950 m². An extension was built in 2015 to accommodate the dining hall. The project’s main challenges are: - Energy renovation, with a view to achieving the levels of the BBC Rénovation label - Installation works for photovoltaic panels for collective self-consumption - Maintenance and upkeep works for the building fabric and equipment, in particular by replacing outdated equipment - Corrections with respect to current and/or future use, in particular with regard to the primary school hall and the creation of a patio - Consideration of the various regulatory reports: o Accessibility o Asbestos o Fire safety - Implementation of modular structures: the energy renovation project will be carried out while the site is occupied; it requires putting in place a modular structures installation in order to ensure continuity of schooling and…
