TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Oscar Cleret School Group is located at 19 Rue Beaufort in the Municipality of Arras. It consists of 2 separate buildings that are physically and functionally independent, namely: - The Primary School dating from 1967, comprising 22 classrooms with a floor area of 2,200 m² - The Nursery School dating from 1966, comprising 5 classrooms, with a floor area of 950 m². An extension was built in 2015 in order to accommodate the school canteen (refectory). The project challenges, broadly, are: - Energy renovation, with a view to achieving the levels of the BBC Rénovation label - Work to install photovoltaic panels for collective self-consumption - Maintenance and upkeep work for the building and equipment, in particular by replacing obsolete equipment - Corrections compared with current and/or future use, in particular with regard to the Primary School entrance hall and the creation of a patio - Consideration of the various regulatory reports: o Accessibility o Asbestos o Fire safety - Implementation of modular structures: the energy renovation project will be carried out on an occupied site; it requires the installation of modular structure(s) in order to ensure continuity of…
