TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation aims at carrying out a complete project management mission for the redevelopment of Place de la Victoire, an emblematic square in the history of the City and Guadeloupe. The city of Pointe-à-Pitre wishes this public space to regain its function as a central, attractive square, open to the sea, offering relaxation and social gathering areas, play spaces for children, breathing spaces and greenery with a landscape and urban quality adapted to the redevelopment objectives of the entire city center area.
