TENDER DESCRIPTION

The details of the missions assigned to the holder are set out in the specifications. The services are paid for using lump-sum prices. The operation involves the renovation and reconfiguration of the front building in order to accommodate the activities of the creative and cultural centre Les Bateliers. The programme provides for the creation of specialist workshops, activity rooms, reception and administration areas, storage rooms and social spaces, tailored to the diversity of uses and audiences served. The project will also need to improve the conditions for receiving visitors and user comfort, while ensuring cost control and the preservation of the architectural and heritage qualities of the existing building. The operation mainly concerns the front building, with the East and West wings excluded from the occupation perimeter. The works will involve internal reconfiguration, adaptation of electrical, sanitary and ventilation installations, compliance with fire safety and accessibility requirements for persons with reduced mobility (PRM), and the installation of security equipment and computer networks.
