TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract has the purpose of providing design management services relating to the restructuring of the boarding facility at building C0 and the extension of building A0 at MICHELET high school in Nantes (44). The project will mainly involve: - Functional improvement of the boarding facility building at building C0, including the renovation of all the bedrooms and the ancillary premises of the boarding facility, the multipurpose room, the residential units, and the ARL premises. - The extension of teaching accommodation in building A0, which will house the Centre for Knowledge and Culture (CCC) and the teaching areas. - Treatment of the building envelope, accessibility improvements for people with disabilities, and various related works. - This project must take into account the organisation of works on an occupied site according to a phasing plan and the asbestos removal of certain premises.
