This consultation is for the purpose of a project management consultancy mission related to the construction of approximately 20 dwellings at 27 rue du Poitou in Montrouge, on a plot that is currently undeveloped, forming part of a break in the built frontage, in immediate proximity to the existing Aximo social residence. According to the indicative schedule, the mission will begin in July 2027.
