TENDER DESCRIPTION

This lot is intended to designate the project management in view of carrying out the Court’s building renovation projects. The projects have different stages of progress and cover various specific requirements. The contractor must ensure the following skills: architecture, technical engineering and civil engineering, facade expert and, where applicable, engage other specialists depending on the type and specific features of each project. The tasks entrusted may include, among others, the following: studies and/or monitoring of the execution of works in the building sector. In this context, the contractor’s task will be to carry out complete or partial projects, comprising, as the case may be, the following phases: preliminary study, preliminary design, design, permits, assistance with tendering, monitoring and control of the execution of the works as well as assistance during acceptance of the works, including checking and validation of as-built files, and the warranty period.
