TENDER DESCRIPTION

The consultation concerns an overall project management (project management engineering) assignment covering both the building and the industrial process. The contractor shall provide the full scope of the project management (MOE) missions within the meaning of the Public Procurement Code, supplemented by higher-quality requirements for managing process/building interfaces, accessibility, maintenance and the plant’s thermal performance. Key characteristics of the project: • Location: Île du Ramier, Toulouse. • Building area: Approximately 864 m² (re-use of 5 bays from an existing warehouse). • Thermal capacity: 5.5 MWc supplied to the network, which may evolve to 8 MWc. • Technology: Heat Pump Cascade (Heat Pumps) Low Temperature (3.3 MWc) and High Temperature (5.5 MWc). • Technical features: Structural diagnostic, waterproofing and tanking to a depth of 2.50 m (PPRI floodplain area), qualitative architectural treatment (brick cladding on claustra, mirror-finish stainless-steel cladding), carefully designed acoustics.
