TENDER DESCRIPTION

Three candidates will be selected and admitted to submit an offer. The duration during which candidates will be bound by their offer is set at 120 days from the date of submission of the last offer (final offer). This is a single public contract (no lots). This is a standard public contract. The public contract is treated at a global and fixed price set in the commitment act. The candidate whose proposal is accepted will be awarded a project management mission for building-type works, within the meaning of Book IV "SPECIFIC PROVISIONS RELATING TO PUBLIC PROCUREMENT LINKED TO PUBLIC PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT" of the second part of the Public Procurement Code, supplemented by the complementary missions specified in the commitment act. The content of the project management mission and the methods of its execution are defined in the Special Administrative Clauses (C.C.A.P.) and in the Technical Specifications (CCTP).
