TENDER DESCRIPTION

The mission aims to update the studies of the reinforcement project for the Pège sector in the municipality of Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, as well as to carry out the regulatory studies and project management services necessary for its implementation. The project is based on previously conducted studies, notably the PRO dossier developed in 2021, validating the principle of a retro-littoral dike located behind the Pège dune. The operation aims to ensure the protection of people, property, and activities located behind the dune cordon against the risk of marine flooding. - Firm tranche: PRO mission element (basic mission according to annex 20) Complete Project Studies related to the update of the PRO dossier for the reinforcement of the Pège structure, incorporating regulatory, technical, and land evolutions that have occurred since the project validation, without questioning its location, land claims, or general design principles.
