TENDER DESCRIPTION

The mission aims to update the studies of the reinforcement project of the Pège sector in the municipality of Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, as well as to carry out the regulatory studies and project management services necessary for its implementation. The project is based on previously conducted studies, notably the PRO dossier prepared in 2021, which validated the principle of a retro-littoral dike located behind the Pège dune. The operation aims to ensure the protection of people, property, and activities situated behind the dune cordon against the risk of marine submersion. - Firm phase: PRO mission element (basic mission according to annex 20) Comprehensive Project studies related to the update of the PRO dossier for the reinforcement of the Pège structure, incorporating regulatory, technical, and land-related developments that have occurred since the project's validation, without questioning its location, land holdings, or general design principles.
