TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract relates to a design management assignment concerning the restructuring and extension of the Résidence Marguerite de Flandre, a public nursing home (EHPAD) located in Nieppe (59850). The operation includes the restructuring of existing buildings, the construction of extensions, the adaptation of spaces to the needs of residents and professionals, as well as the improvement of the establishment’s energy and functional performance. The works will be carried out on an occupied site. The estimated financial envelope allocated to the works is €12,600,000 excl. VAT. The contract includes a base design management assignment and complementary assignments, in accordance with the consultation documents. The contract is not divided into lots.
