TENDER DESCRIPTION

The mission aims at updating the studies of the reinforcement project for the Pège sector in the municipality of Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, as well as carrying out the regulatory studies and project management services necessary for its implementation. The project is based on previously conducted studies, notably the PRO file developed in 2021, validating the principle of a retro-littoral dike located behind the Pège dune. The operation aims to ensure the protection of people, property, and activities located behind the dune cordon against marine submersion risk. - Firm tranche: PRO mission element (basic mission according to annex 20) Complete Project Studies relating to the update of the PRO file for the reinforcement of the Pège structure, integrating regulatory, technical, and land-related evolutions occurring since the project's validation, without challenging its location, land claims, nor its general design principles.
