TENDER DESCRIPTION

The consultation covers a specialised project management (MOE) assignment for the design and construction supervision of water intake and discharge works in a fluvial environment. The contractor must carry out the full scope of MOE missions within the meaning of the Public Procurement Code, supplemented by higher-quality requirements for the management of process/building interfaces, accessibility, maintenance and the thermal performance of the plant. Technical scope: • Water intake pipeline (DN1000) and discharge (DN500). • Water filtration structures (self-cleaning) and raw water pumping (707 m³/h). • Primary heat exchangers (316L steel). Assigned missions: ESQ, APS, APD, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET, AOR, OPC. Drafting of specific administrative documents (Water Law/IOTA, Natura 2000, CNPN). Particulars: Proven expertise in fluvial hydraulic structures. Responsible for consolidating the water intake process design outside the building. Geotechnical study of the riverbank.
