TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services are paid for using unit and lump-sum prices. This contract aims to define the conditions for carrying out the services needed to mobilise, inform and support property owners in improving their homes. These services will include in particular: - Animation of the momentum: communication plan and awareness-raising actions, sessions in the 3 municipalities, identification of dwellings to be rehabilitated, mobilisation of partnerships; - Support for property owners and project promoters across the technical aspects (surveys/diagnostics, preparation of work projects, analysis of quotations, etc.), administrative and financial aspects (funding plans, preparation of grant applications, etc.), and social aspects (support for households in situations of vulnerability); - Assistance with land-related action and implementation of coercive procedures: feasibility study for the Real Estate Restoration Operation (Opération de Restauration Immobilière) (ORI) and assistance with its implementation, handling of declarations of intent to alienate, mobilisation of specific funding; - Monitoring, evaluation and preparation of activity reports The services are paid for using unit and…
