TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services are paid for by unit and lump-sum prices. This contract aims to define the terms for carrying out the services needed to mobilise, inform and support property owners in improving their housing. These services will include, in particular: - Animation of the momentum: communications plan and awareness-raising activities, drop-in sessions in the 3 municipalities, identification of dwellings to be renovated, mobilisation of partnerships; - Support for property owners and project sponsors in the technical aspects (surveys/assessments, preparation of work projects, analysis of quotations, etc.), administrative and financial aspects (funding plans, preparation of grant/subsidy applications, etc.), and social aspects (support for households in situations of vulnerability); - Assistance with land-related action and implementation of coercive procedures: feasibility study for the Immovable Property Restoration Operation (ORI) and assistance with its implementation, processing of declarations of intention to alienate, mobilisation of specific funding; - Monitoring, evaluation and preparation of activity reports The services are paid for by unit and lump-sum prices.
