Mission de suivi et d'animation du Volet 3 " Accompagnement" du Pacte Territorial France Rénov' du Doubs

TENDER DESCRIPTION

A Public Interest Program (PIG) - Territorial Pact France Renov' is in place in the Doubs Department and aims to territorialize the missions of the National Housing Agency (Anah). Locally, it is the Doubs Department that supports this "pact" and contracts with the different communities of municipalities of Doubs. The PTFR includes 3 components: 1. Component 1: Territorial dynamics; 2. Component 2: Information - advice - guidance; 3. Component 3: Support. The Loue Lison Community of Municipalities has committed to the Doubs Department and provides an operational response on the first two components of the PTFR. Components 1 and 2 are operational and will not be interrupted during the implementation period of component 3. This consultation aims to select an operator who will monitor and facilitate the third component dedicated to supporting project leaders in the territory. The candidate will provide project management assistance to owners (occupants or landlords), condominiums, as well as municipalities with communal housing.
