This consultation concerns the establishment of a framework agreement with purchase orders relating to soil pollution diagnostic services and aims to appoint a service provider responsible for a soil pollution diagnosis with: - PHASE 1 including a site visit, historical and documentary study as well as a vulnerability study: called basic services and elementary services - PHASE 2 including targeted drillings with sampling for analysis and analysis report: called complementary services.
