TENDER DESCRIPTION

This assignment for scheduling, steering and coordination concerns the operation relating to the renovation of wing 40.06 of Building 40 (also referred to as Building 40.06), with the aim of ensuring the long-term operation of the facilities, rationalising floor areas in line with the building’s new uses, and improving the comfort of the occupants. The operation must enable the overall building refurbishment programme for all of Building 40, initiated in 2020, to be continued. The renovation programme follows CEA’s heritage strategy by applying the doctrine for commercial/tertiary occupancy of the State, compliance measures relating to the thermal regulations in force, and in accordance with energy sobriety and targeted performance. The renovation operation for wing 40.06 includes:  Phase No. 1 relating to asbestos removal / strip-out of wing 40.06;  Phase No. 2 relating to the fit-out of wing 40.06;  Associated common works / facilities for day-to-day operations / life on site, under CEA internal project management.
