TENDER DESCRIPTION

The consultation concerns the Scheduling, Management and Coordination (OPC) mission related to the extension operation of the Community headquarters of Clisson Sèvre & Maine Agglo. The provisional financial envelope allocated to the works amounts to €2,240,000 excluding VAT (value July 2026). The mission will start from the issuance of the service start order and will end at the completion of the removal of reservations resulting from acceptance. It does not include managing defects occurring during the warranty period. The provisional duration of the contract is 25 months. For information, the OPC mission should start in January 2027 for the PRO phase and the construction site is expected to start in September 2027.
