TENDER DESCRIPTION

The consultation concerns the Scheduling, Management and Coordination (OPC) mission related to the extension operation of the Clisson Sèvre & Maine Agglo Community headquarters. The provisional financial envelope allocated to the works amounts to €2,240,000 excluding VAT (value July 2026). The mission will start upon the issuance of the order to start the services and will end upon the lifting of the reservations resulting from the reception. It does not include the management of defects occurring during the perfect completion period. The provisional duration of the contract is 25 months. Indicatively, the OPC mission should begin in January 2027 for the PRO phase and the construction site should start in September 2027.
