TENDER DESCRIPTION
Given the uncertain number of orders placed, each lot is a single-award framework agreement, which is executed by purchase orders, within the meaning of Articles R2162-4(2), R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The order thresholds to be placed are as follows: Lot No. 1: Architect coordinator missions - Without any annual minimum amount; - Annual maximum amount: €150,000.00 excl. VAT. The maximum amount stated above does not correspond to the order estimate planned by the City.
