TENDER DESCRIPTION

Given the uncertain number of orders placed, each lot is a single-award framework agreement, executed by purchase orders, within the meaning of Articles R2162-4 2°, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The order thresholds to be placed are as follows: Lot No. 1: Architect co-ordinator missions - Without any minimum annual amount; - Maximum annual amount: EUR 150,000.00 net of tax. The maximum amount stated above does not correspond to the City’s forecast of orders.
