TENDER DESCRIPTION

The consultation initiated aims at concluding a framework agreement, as regulated by articles R.2162-1 and following of the public procurement code. The framework agreement concerns consulting, study, project management assistance and project management missions in the fields of infrastructures, VRD (roads and various networks), hydraulics, urban planning, landscape and building. The framework agreement is single-award. It will be concluded without a minimum. The maximum amount is 1,500,000 euro(s) excluding VAT. The main objectives of the program are: - Reconfiguration of the urban space; - Intervention on historical monuments in relation with urban development; - Securing and improving the roads; - Organization of parking; - Renovation of all pavements to improve pedestrian and vehicular traffic and the quality of public spaces, implementing different treatment levels depending on the streets, - Creation of dedicated pedestrian traffic spaces in streets where allowed or mixed traffic in the narrowest streets, - Improvement of stormwater networks with the implementation of surface or underground networks depending on the streets and available rights-of-way, - Concealment of…
