TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement with subsequent contracts has as its purpose the provision of technical inspection services in connection with various construction, rehabilitation, restructuring or development operations for buildings of the City of Colombes. It is concluded with several economic operators and gives rise to the award of subsequent contracts, concluded as and when required by the City of Colombes, under the conditions defined by this framework agreement. Each subsequent contract will in particular specify, among other things, the nature and characteristics of the operation concerned, the technical inspection services entrusted to the contractor, the execution deadlines, the deliverables expected and, where applicable, the particular conditions of performance. The content and scope of the services are defined in the **Special Administrative Clauses (CCAP)** and the **Special Technical Clauses (CCTP)**, as well as, where applicable, in the documents specific to each subsequent contract.
