TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement with subsequent contracts has the purpose of carrying out technical inspection missions as part of various construction, rehabilitation, restructuring or development operations of buildings for the City of Colombes. It is concluded with several economic operators and gives rise to the award of subsequent contracts, concluded as and when required by the City of Colombes, under the conditions defined in this framework agreement. Each subsequent contract will, in particular, specify the nature and characteristics of the relevant operation, the technical inspection missions entrusted to the contractor, the execution deadlines, the expected deliverables and, where applicable, the particular conditions for performance. The content and scope of the missions are defined in the **Particular Administrative Clauses (CCAP)** and the **Particular Technical Clauses (CCTP)**, as well as, where applicable, in the documents specific to each subsequent contract. The maximum amount of the initial contract and of each renewal is limited to 300 000,00 euro(s) excluding tax (HT).
