TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The services are settled by unit and fixed prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. This contract concerns the intervention of the technical inspector materialized by opinions under the conditions of Article L.111-23 of the Construction and Housing Code and relating to the types and fields defined in Article 3 below for the design and execution of operations carried out by the city of Arras, in terms of construction, renovation, or maintenance.
