TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. The services are paid for by unit and lump sum prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. The purpose of this contract is the intervention of the technical inspector embodied by opinions under the conditions of article L.111-23 of the Construction and Housing Code and relating to the types and fields defined in article 3 below for the design and implementation of operations carried out by the city of Arras, in matters of construction, renovation, or maintenance.
