The contract timeline is as follows:

The initial duration of the framework agreement is one year, commencing from the date of notification to the successful tenderer. This agreement is renewable three times for periods of equal duration through tacit renewal. The total duration of the contract, including renewals, cannot exceed four years.

For specific individual markets (lots), the duration is stated as 12 months, with the start date for these individual market durations being December 1, 2026. The public authority retains the right to initiate a subsequent period, via a service order, prior to the renewal's anniversary date. Should the public authority choose not to renew the framework agreement, this decision must be communicated to the successful tenderer at least three months before the current term concludes.

The core scope of work for this tender involves Coordination Missions for Health and Safety Protection (CSPS) of categories 2 and 3. These missions cover both the conception and/or realization phases for various works, including development, repair, maintenance, and renovation of the real estate heritage of the Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur Region. The contract is divided into 12 lots.

The Statement of Work (SOW) includes the following core deliverables and phases:

• Phase Conception:
• CSPS mission during the Avant-Projet - DCE (Preliminary Design - Tender Documents) phase.
• CSPS mission during the APS - APD - Projet - DCE (Preliminary Design - Detailed Design - Project - Tender Documents) phase.
• Phase Réalisation:
• CSPS mission during the realization phase.
• Weekly site meetings and visits, along with additional unforeseen visits.
• Provisions for extension of the construction period.
• Interventions for emergencies.

The tender is structured as an agreement with a maximum annual amount of 300,000 euros per lot, without a minimum amount.
