TENDER DESCRIPTION

The present contract concerns the execution of the following services: missions of Safety and Health Protection Coordinator (CSPS) related to rehabilitation, demolition, construction, development or maintenance works of the Fabrique des Quartiers heritage. The coordinator will intervene under the conditions set by articles L. 4211-1 and 2, L. 4531-1 to 3, L. 4532-1 to 18 and R. 4532-1 to 4533-7 of the Labour Code, as well as the provisions of the present contract. The coordinator's intervention aims at carrying out the missions defined in this tender dossier (DCE) relating to the design and execution phases (design phase on all buildings and execution phase, including demolition and asbestos removal).
