TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement concerns the execution of asbestos and lead diagnostic missions on all buildings of the city of Colombes as well as the ancillary and accessory interventions necessary for the complete and perfect execution of the works within the framework of the contract documents and applicable regulations. Nature of the services This involves performing diagnostics to assess the presence of asbestos and lead, in accordance with the regulatory and normative texts in force at the time of performance. The different mission elements covered by the contract are: - Conducting asbestos diagnostics before rehabilitation works: exhaustive search, identification, and location of materials and products containing asbestos; - Conducting asbestos diagnostics before demolition works: exhaustive search, identification, and location of materials and products containing asbestos; - Taking samples of bituminous coatings by coring and, if necessary, simultaneous search for PAHs according to applicable test methods and accreditation requirements in force; - Preparation of asbestos technical files and summary sheets; - Updating existing asbestos technical files and summary sheets; -…
