The contract timeline is as follows:

The contract starts from the date of notification of the contract. The initial period of the framework agreement is 24 months. There is one express renewal period, also for 24 months. This means the maximum duration of the contract, including all periods, is 48 months. The contracting authority must make a decision regarding the renewal at least 5 months before the end of the current validity period of the framework agreement. If no decision is made within this timeframe, the renewal is considered refused.

Specific execution or delivery times for services are determined by each purchase order, in accordance with the terms of the framework agreement. The deadlines for deliverables are set as follows: the first deliverable's deadline begins on the date of the purchase order; subsequent deliverables' deadlines begin on the date the project manager is notified of the decision to accept the previous deliverable; and the deadline for the "Dossier des ouvrages exécutés (DOE)" is the date of acceptance of the works. The dates for the commencement of execution are only indicative.
