The contract timeline is as follows:

• Total Duration: The contract is for a duration of 72 months.

• Contract End Date: The end date is 72 months after the contract notification date, with the completion concluding at the lifting of the last reservation within the framework of the reception of works of the global performance market, and no later than 3 months before the expiration of the perfect completion guarantee period.

Key Milestones/Phases for the Technical Control (CT) Mission:

The prestations are divided into 7 phases:

• Phase 1 (Examination of Tender Documents): 1 month from the date of the launch meeting or the notification date of the current market.
• Phase 2 (Examination of candidate offers and market finalization): 13 months from the date of submission of the first offer.
• Phase 3 (Examination of the Global Performance Market Project): 8 months from the service order (OS) for the launch of the design phase with the awarded party of the MPGP.
• Phase 4 (Examination of execution study documents and formulation of opinions): 15 months from the service order (OS) for the launch of the design phase with the awarded party of the MPGP.
• Phase 5 (Monitoring of construction work): 22 months from the service order (OS) for the launch of the works phase with the awarded party of the MPGP.
• Phase 6 (Drafting of final reports before works acceptance): 1 month from the launch of the Preliminary Acceptance Operations (OPR).

Indicative Phases for the Safety and Health Protection (SPS) Mission:

The provisional duration of these phases is indicative and non-contractual, subject to change based on the duration of the global performance market procedure, project design, work execution times, etc.:

• Consultation Phase of Companies: 20 months from the notification date of the present contract.
• Design Phase: 18 months from July 2028.
• Realization Phase: 29 months from May 2030.
• Perfect Completion Phase: 12 months from March 2032.

Lot 01: Mission de Contrôle Technique (Technical Control Mission)

• Installing a new 16 t/h incineration line with an associated boiler.

Lot 02: Mission de Coordination Sécurité et Protection de la Santé (Safety and Health Protection Coordination Mission)

This mission is classified as 1st category and is divided into four technical phases:

• Phase 1 (Consultation of Companies): Involves safety and health protection coordination during the preparation of tender documents, analysis of offers, negotiation with candidates, and finalization of the Global Performance Contract. Deliverables include the Production Générale de Coordination (PGC), the draft regulations for the Comité Interne de Sécurité, de Santé et des Conditions de Travail (CISSCT), the Plan Général de Coordination de Sécurité et de Protection de la Santé (PPSPS), the opening of the Registre Journal de Coordination (RJC), and an analysis and opinion on the Dossier de Consultation des Entreprises (DCE).
• Phase 2: Includes opinions and analysis reports pertaining to both studies and the construction site.
• Phase 3 (Realization): Focuses on maintaining the coordination journal register, publishing RJC entries on the Gestion Électronique des Documents (GED), producing the preliminary declaration, and the Dossier des Interventions Ultérieures sur l’Ouvrage (DIUO).
