TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Commune de Baillargues plans to carry out a development operation in the form of a Zone d’Aménagement Concerté (ZAC) for the areas known as Champs Moulygous, La Croix and Le Paradis, which are currently classified in the AU0-1, AU0-2 and AU0-3 zones of the PLUiC. In order to carry out all the preparatory and pre-operational studies for the operation, the municipality wishes to obtain the services and expertise of an external service provider. The provider will also be responsible for preparing the ZAC creation file, supporting the public consultation process and assisting with the award of the development concession. The provider will have a cross-cutting role in advising, organizing, planning and supervising the different stages of the procedures and studies. Lastly, the provider will be required to monitor the services provided by external contributors, remaining permanently alongside the commune, which will remain the decision-making authority throughout the operation.
