TENDER DESCRIPTION

Intended content of the OPC assignment: - Assistance during the design phases: APS - APD - PRO, - Assistance during the "works" phases, partial handovers and commissioning, - Assistance during the phases covering perfect completion and good operation warranty, starting from the partial handovers that will be defined by the project management, and up to 2 years after the last partial handover of the works. For these assignments, the OPC and the commissioning agent will have to liaise with multiple stakeholders: - The contracting authority, - The project owner/manager (project management team), - The technical controller, - The safety and health protection coordinator, - The contractors awarded the contracts and their subcontractors, - The operator and users, - The cleaning service providers, - The various departments of the Métropole de Lyon (moving, maintenance, energy, …).
