TENDER DESCRIPTION

Framework agreement with purchase orders as governed by Articles R.21621 and subsequent articles of the Public Procurement Code, for the performance of the Scheduling, Management and Inter-site Works Coordination missions for all building works operations within the Gratte-Ciel Centre-Ville ZAC area in Villeurbanne, i.e. the works of: - Macro-lots A, B, C and D; - Public space works under the SERL project owner (MOA); - Utility concession networks (District heating, EU, EP, AEP, RMT, lighting, gas, electricity); - Related surface projects (Tram T6, Voie Lyonnaise 4); - Construction and demolition of buildings; - Tenant works. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of EUR 250,000 net of VAT (HT).
