The services are paid for using lump-sum prices. Construction scheduling coordination missions - Cross-site management for the Saint Vaast rehabilitation project (creation of a hotel complex, restoration of a museum and a media library). In order to meet these objectives, the relevance and depth of the links maintained between the museum and the media libraries and the future hotel complex are essential. Coordination between the various client-owner roles (maîtrises d’ouvrage) and design/build teams (maîtrises d’œuvre) is a major challenge. In this regard, the coordinating pilot (OPC IC) is responsible for a mission to plan, manage and coordinate all the construction sites under different client-owner responsibilities for the rehabilitation of the Abbey of St Vaast, including buildings and related infrastructure.
