Scheduling Coordination Missions - Inter-site Management for the Saint Vaast Rehabilitation Project (creation of a hotel complex, restoration of a museum and a media library). To meet these objectives, the relevance and depth of the links maintained between the museum, the media libraries, and the future hotel complex are essential. Coordination between the different project owners and design teams represents a major challenge. As such, the coordinating manager (OPC IC) is tasked with planning, managing, and coordinating all worksites under different project owners for the rehabilitation of the St Vaast Abbey, buildings and associated infrastructures. This mission is carried out in total independence from the designated design teams. Services are paid at lump-sum prices.
