The services are paid for using lump-sum prices. Construction scheduling coordination missions - Inter-site management for the Saint Vaast rehabilitation project (creation of a hotel complex, restoration of a museum and a media library). In order to meet these objectives, the relevance and depth of the links maintained between the museum and the media libraries and the future hotel complex are essential. Coordination between the various project owners and design/engineering consultants represents a major challenge. As such, the coordinating lead (OPC IC) is responsible for a mission of planning, management and coordination of all construction sites under different project owners for the rehabilitation of the Abbaye St Vaast, buildings and associated infrastructure.
