The services include: - design phase / preliminary study phase - preparatory site phase - execution phase of the works - acceptance period / defect liability period - perfect completion warranty period - assistance for financial management These interventions vary according to the amount of the works operations and the requirements of the concerned GHT HDP member. The framework agreement is allocated as follows: - A part by purchase orders for all works with an estimated amount below 3 million euro(s) excluding VAT.
