TENDER DESCRIPTION

Mulgi Viljad OÜ intends to build, in Viljandi County, in Mulgi Parish, in the Vana-Kariste village, on the Vana-Atsaare parcel of land, a multi-span film greenhouse together with cultivation technologies and the necessary technical systems. The procurement object includes the supply, installation and setting up of greenhouse structures, foundations, cladding/cover, ventilation, shading and energy-saving curtains, a heating system, climate control automation, cultivation beds, a drip irrigation system and irrigation and fertilisation systems, as well as preparation of the necessary work design documents and as-built documentation. The building footprint area of the greenhouse is 3603.4 m² and the enclosed net floor area is 3600.9 m².
