TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Main-Kinzig-Kreis, as the school authority, represented by its responsible department 65 - School Construction and Property - (hereinafter also referred to as the “Contracting Authority” or “CA”) intends to construct a new multi-storey free-standing primary school building on a turnkey basis, with an integrated single-court sports hall, including its external works, on the basis of a functional performance specification through a total contractor award procedure. In doing so, the Contracting Authority pursues the goal of delivering a high-quality learning house cluster school building that is individually designed in an architecturally and urbanistically appropriate manner to meet today’s and foreseeable future requirements, taking into account all especially educational and modern technical requirements, with the best possible shortest planning and construction time, such that initial occupancy is to take place at the latest at the beginning of the school year 2028/2029, if necessary later but as soon as possible thereafter.
