TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Main-Kinzig district, as the school authority, represented by its responsible department 65 - School Construction and Real Estate - (hereinafter also referred to as "Client" or "CL"), intends the turnkey construction of a new multi-storey detached primary school building with an integrated single-field sports hall including its outdoor facilities on the basis of a functional performance specification by way of a total contractor procurement. The client aims to deliver an architecturally and urbanistically individually designed, high-quality learning house cluster school building that meets current and expected future requirements, taking into account all requirements, especially educational and modern technical needs, within the shortest possible planning and construction period, with initial occupancy by the beginning of the 2028/2029 school year at the latest, if necessary later but as soon as possible thereafter.
