TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Main-Kinzig district, as the school authority represented by its responsible Office 65 - School Construction and Properties - (hereinafter also referred to as the "Contracting Authority" or "CA"), intends the turnkey construction of a new multi-storey free-standing primary school building with an integrated single-field sports hall including its outdoor facilities based on a functional performance specification by means of a total contractor procurement. The contracting authority aims to deliver a learning house cluster school building of high quality, individually designed architecturally and urbanistically taking into account all, especially pedagogical and modern technical requirements, that meets present and expected future needs in the shortest possible planning and construction time, whose first occupancy should take place no later than the beginning of the 2028/2029 school year, if necessary later but as soon as possible thereafter.
