TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this invitation to tender is to carry out the recovery of - the municipal share of the total quantity of waste paper collected in the Aurich district - as well as the co-collection of sales packaging made of PPK that is not marketed by the system operators themselves. The total quantity recorded in the last twelve months (Sep. 2024 to Aug. 2025) was approximately 10,900 t (weight tonnes). For details, see Section 3.1.2 of these tender documents. The PPK is delivered by the MKW to a handover site to be designated by the contracting authority (AN). As a handover site, treatment or recovery facilities (paper mills) or approved intermediate storage facilities for PPK may be used.
