TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the invitation to tender is the procurement of ready-made furniture (system furniture and other ready-made furniture) as well as work chairs and lighting, mainly for replacing existing furniture as well as for the initial outfitting of building areas due to changes in use at the EASA headquarters at the Cologne site, and for the additional equipment of the EASA contact office in Brussels. The following services are to be provided: delivery, functional installation and placement of the described products at the place of use, including unloading, if applicable storage at the place of use, disposal of any waste generated, and where applicable maintenance and repairs.
