The City of Hof intends to increase road safety in the city area of Hof by monitoring flowing traffic for speed. These monitoring activities are to be carried out by an external service provider. For this purpose, the secondment of employees in accordance with the Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetz (AÜG) as well as the provision of the necessary technology for carrying out an iterative prevention cycle with the subsequent modules are being tendered. The aim is to implement the measure of accident prevention in road traffic with the best possible effectiveness. The following prevention cycle is intended to take place: 1. Data collection 2. Analysis and derivation of a risk plan as well as inspection of risk locations 3. Derivation of a plan to minimise risk 4. Implementation of measures for individual prevention 5.
