TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of the procurement is a mobile measurement system for user-oriented assessment (QoS/QoE) as well as for radio-technical surveying of mobile networks. In regular operation, the system captures the four mobile network operators active in Germany. In addition, the system must be able to measure private campus networks on locally allocated spectrum (3.7-3.8 GHz, MCC 999). The measurement technology must be usable in two operating modes: vehicle operation (drive test, components in roof box or trunk) and pedestrian operation (walk test, backpack). The change between these must be possible by trained personnel. If special tools are necessary, these must be included in the offer. Specifications see service description and evaluation matrix.
