TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the service to be provided is: - Provision and activation of 2,230 (as of 01.04.2026) mobile phone connections (the number may deviate up or down depending on the contracting authority’s requirements) in various tariffs and with various options, - Provision and dispatch of the required SIM cards with up to four cards per mobile phone connection to the contracting authority as part of a rollout, - Pre-configuration of the SIM cards (hardware) and the individual connections (network-side), - eSIM integration in accordance with the available hardware with up to four eSIM per mobile phone connection (service portal, etc.), - Dispatch of information material to the contracting authority’s employees, - Porting the contracting authority’s existing mobile phone numbers from the previous provider to the contractor, - Activation of additional mobile phone connections with new phone numbers as required by the contracting authority, - Provision of a business app for the users of the mobile phone connections, - Provision of a service portal for administration for individual users of the contracting authority, - Provision of an evaluation and analysis tool enabling the…
