TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the service to be provided is: - Provision and activation of 2,230 (as of 01.04.2026) mobile communications lines (the number may deviate downwards or upwards depending on the client’s needs) in various tariffs and with various options, - Provision and dispatch of the necessary SIM cards with up to four cards per mobile communications line to the client as part of a rollout, - Pre-configuring the SIM cards (hardware) and the individual connections (network side), - eSIM integration in accordance with the available hardware with up to four eSIMs per mobile communications line (service portal etc.), - Sending information material to the client’s employees, - Porting the client’s existing mobile communications telephone numbers from the previous provider to the contracting party, - Activation of additional mobile communications lines with new telephone numbers as required by the client, - Provision of a business app for the users of the mobile communications lines, - Provision of a service portal for administration for individual users of the client, - Provision of an evaluation and analysis tool by means of which the client can, at any time, produce evaluations of…
